Ashley Bianchi – Head of Accounting

Outdoor adventures played a big role in Ashley Bianchi’s childhood. The backyard of her family home in Petaluma was also home to many animals and an ATV track, giving her plenty of reason to play outside. When Ashley and her siblings needed more space to ride and play, their family went camping in Butte Meadows and Lake Almanor where they enjoyed outdoor water sports in addition to riding their quads. After gaining QuickBooks experience at four other companies, Ashley joined SRSS and started taking care of budgeting and accounting. SRSS has been a great place for Ashley to combine her love for the outdoors with her accounting talents. When she’s not busy paying the bills and preparing financial statements, Ashley likes to check out the latest inventory for her weekend getaways. Depending on the season, you’ll either find Ashley on her family boat wakeboarding, or up in Tahoe snowboarding with her husband and sister. Snow or shine, Ashley never forgets how important it is to create new memories outdoors with family and friends.

I was born and raised right here in Santa Rosa, California(Rincon Valley stand up!). I started helping SRSS with events and sales at 12 years old(back when my mom was the soft goods manager/buyer) and basically grew up at the skate counter. I first fell in love with snow sports as a young skier, taking multiple snowmobile trips up to Quincy and Tahoe every year with family and friends. It was inevitable for me to switch to snowboarding at 12 years old due to my childhood background of skating, wakeboarding and surfing. At 18 years old, I officially became part of the team as a workshop technician in The Backshop, where I spent 3 seasons tuning/repairing/mounting skis and snowboards before setting off for a four month season in New Zealand furthering my technician experience. I returned for a fourth season in The Backshop, then began training for my current position as Assistant manager and the Snowboard/Skate buyer for SRSS. On the winter weekends you’ll find me hiking the summits of Sugarbowl or waist deep in the trees at Alpine. In the summer you’ll find me at your local skate park, or out out on the lake wake boarding, wake surfing and otherwise just having fun in the sun! No matter what the season, you can find me with the SRSS Shred Crew! -Jarhead

Jeremy Witters – Hard Goods Manager

I was born and raised in South Lake Tahoe, California. I have been skiing since i was two and a half years old and was lucky enough to spend six years as a competitive free-skier, traveling the country and the world. I have also been passionately involved in youth free-ski programs as the head coach of the Sierra-at-Tahoe free ski team from 2002 through 2010 as well as head coach of the Heavenly Ski and Snowboard Foundation’s free-ski team in 2012. I moved to Sonoma County in fall 2013 and have become an avid wakeboarder, wake surfer, skate boarder and general lover of all things fun. I am super stoked to be part of the team cultivating fun here at Santa Rosa Ski and Sports!
